Lane's is great! John is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Gave us recommendations on what he thinks we need but wasn't pushy about it. Our insurance company sent us 3 different companies to try and fix our leaking Douglas Solius. The last one wanted to tear open our roof?! We knew it wasn't that complicated and we were right. JOHN FIXED IT IN ABOUT AN HOUR, and our roof is still intact! We would recommend Lane's anytime.

What great service, highly recommended and well worth it. Everybody else wanted $125 to diagnose. Lane's $89. Squeezed us in same day we called, diagnosed & repaired within 40 minutes and price was reasonable!!!!!!!!! We have a mini split and nobody wanted to touch it. In fact another repairman referred Lane's and we are so thankful! Lane's has a customer for life and I will be referring Lane's to everyone I now. Thanks again Lane's!

I live in Monrovia- AC went out in the middle of the night, I called these guys at 8am , they came at 9!
Ivan was the tech...polite, professional, and went straight to work! Had our unit going in less than an hour, didn't try to sell us extras to inflate the bill, and made several suggestions to help maintain our HVAC's longevity! Their "call" fee was a bit more than others, but the service, dependability, and reliability of these guys was soooo worth it. Up-front and honest! These guys will be my "go-to" guys for any future issues and my annual HVAC maintenance/check ups.

Simply the BEST. My wife and I have been using Lane's for many years
and have always found them to be extremely professional. John is very knowledgeable on all things hot and cold. He's installed our furnace, serviced our air conditioner, and added efficient thermostats to control everything. Patricia is great, too! I can't recommend them enough--give them a try.

We did a lot of looking before we found Lane's. Our experiences have been AAA+. Reliable, professional and affordable. But best of all, when we have experienced emergencies -- they really go out of their way to get here, even on the busiest of days (heat wave, etc.) I can honestly recommend Lane's without any reservations.
